Mick Barker– COO / Fort Worth General Manager - Legacy Housing, LTD
Mick Barker began his career in the manufactured housing industry in 1972 as Materials Manager for Conchemco Homes. Since then he has held an array of key positions in the manufactured housing industry, including; National Director of Sales and Marketing for Commodore Corporation, Vice President of Operations for National Pre Built Homes, General Manager for Schult Homes and President of Champion Homes Western and Canadian divisions.

More recently, Mick was Founder, President and Chairman of the Board at Barvista Building Systems in Johnstown, Colorado. Barvista built residential, commercial and multi-family structures in Colorado and surrounding states.

Before Barvista, Mick was President of Genesis Homes, where he took the roll of establishing Genesis Homes as an innovative leader in the home building industry as well as a partner among builders and developers.

Barker graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Morehead State University in Morehead, Kentucky.

Ray McKay – Commerce Plant - General Manager - Legacy Housing, LTD
In 1973, Ray started as a production worker at industry giant Champion Homes and quickly advanced to Regional Service manager before leaving in 1992.  In 1992, he was offered a position as Purchasing Manager at Clayton Homes, in Waco, Texas.  During his time with Clayton Homes, he assisted with the building of two Texas manufactured housing facilities.  His knowledge of the industry & passion for the business has helped Ray become a valuable asset to the Legacy Housing team.

Andy Nauert – Production Manager of Legacy Housing, LTD
For well over 30 years, Andy has worked for some of the largest manufacturers in the factory built housing industry, including Cavalier, Chief Ind, Centex, Centurion, De Rose, Fleetwood, High Chaparral, Nobility, Republic Henslee, Roker, Southern Energy, Skyline, Timely, Town & Country, and Wayside. At Town and County in Fort Worth, Texas, he was the Production Manager for two years and the Vice President of Manufacturing for one year. This is the same facility Legacy Housing, LTD now owns and operates at 4801 Mark IV Parkway.

Ed Spaeth – Sales Manager of Legacy Housing, LTD
Ed began his career in the manufactured housing industry in 1982 as a sales representative for Castle Homes. The company was acquired by Spirit Homes in 1990. His tenure with Spirit Homes included all phases of home manufacturing, design and distribution. As the industry grew in the 1990’s, Spirit Homes became a regional leader in the industry and was soon purchased by Cavalier Home Builders of Alabama. Ed remained on staff at Cavalier until his arrival at Legacy Housing in 2011.

Ed holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Central Arkansas.
