Since 1980, Curtis is the sole shareholder of Cusach, Inc. in Dallas, Texas. The primary focus of Cusach, Inc. is retail/wholesale of manufactured homes. Over the past 28 years, Curtis has owned and operated several manufactured home retail operations, manufactured home parks, and he has an extensive portfolio of in-house financed notes secured by manufactured homes.

Kenny Shipley
General Partner of Legacy Housing, LTD

Since 1981, Kenny Shipley has owned and operated Bell Mobile Homes in Levelland, Texas. An award winning dealership, the primary focus of Bell Mobile Homes is the retail/wholesale of manufactured homes to customers in northwest Texas. Kenny also owns several manufactured home parks located across Texas.

With an extensive portfolio of in-house financed notes secured by manufactured homes, Kenny and his longtime business partner Curtis are both considered “experts” in the manufactured housing industry in Texas.
